HORNY GOAT WEED
It is a pungent ornamental herb found in ASIA. It is also called as Ying Yang Huo in CHINESE. It has been traditionally used by Chinese to relive fatigue and stress as well as muscle weakness in back and knees. However, it is widely used as an aphrodisiac (a food that stimulates sexual desire) and general male performance enhancer with its mechanism of action proved.
The principal active ingredient is 'ICARIIN'which stimulates the nerve throughout the body. The stimulation effect is in the genital area of body.
MECHANISM OF ACTION:
The active ingredient of horny goat weed, icariin is a PDE5 inhibitor, which is a protein present in smooth muscle of penis. The inhibition of PDE5, results in prolonged time of erection. It also improves stress levels and fatigue.
MACA:
It is a valuable plant native to PERU. It is rich in various amino acids, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron.It is also traditionally used as aphrodisiac.
It mainly boosts the libido and increases the sperm count. It regulates hormonal functions and slows down the aging hormonal system.
